Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued circular No. 11/2021 dated 30th June 2021 as title “relaxation on levy of additional fees of certain forms of Companies Act and LLP Act”

Questions:

  1. Whether an extension is given for DPT-3 for f.y. 2020-21?
  2. Whether an extension is given for CFSS?
  3. What is the next due date of PAS-6?
  4. What is the next due date of LLP-11?

As per Latest Notification:

As per this circular, if the due date of any form (except CHG-1, CHG-4, and CHG-9) falling between 1st April 2021 to 31st July 2021 then those forms can be file without additional fees till 31st August 2021.

Eg: Due date for DPT-3 was 30th June 2021. This date is falling under the above dates. Therefore, this can be file till 31st August 2021.

Eg: Due date for CFSS was 30th June 2021. This date is falling under the above dates. Therefore, this can be file till 31st August 2021.
