The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India has issued a link to restore the membership for its Members.
Restoration of membership can be done through ONLINE mode only using Institute’s website by clicking on the below link: http://bit.do/icsirestore
Only User name (which is Associate/Fellow membership no. for example, A12345 / F1234) is required. Form-BB is also available there. The same is to be downloaded, filled, signed, and uploaded.

Thereafter payment of the requisite amount being shown is made. The restoration will be subject to receipt of both Form-BB and the requisite amount.
